These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SchemaForgeAI, including our website and Shopify application. By accessing or using SchemaForgeAI, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

SchemaForgeAI refers to the software, website, and related services we provide. You refers to the individual or entity using the service. Store refers to your Shopify store connected to the app.

2. Eligibility and account

You must have authority to bind your business if you use SchemaForgeAI on behalf of a company. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

3. Service description

SchemaForgeAI helps generate and inject structured data into pages of a Shopify store. Output may include JSON LD and related schema types intended to help search engines interpret page content.

4. Subscription plans and billing

SchemaForgeAI may offer multiple subscription plans, each with different limits and features. Billing and plan management may be handled through Shopify, depending on how you subscribed. You agree to pay applicable fees associated with your selected plan.

5. Trial, refunds, and cancellations

If a free plan or trial is offered, usage may be limited. Refunds, if any, follow the rules of the platform you purchased through, including Shopify billing policies. You can cancel your plan through the same platform where you subscribed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service
Introduce malware or abuse our infrastructure
Use the service to misrepresent products, content, or business entities

7. Your content and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of your store content, including product details, pricing, availability, and claims. SchemaForgeAI uses store data to generate schema output, but you remain responsible for the final content you publish.

8. Intellectual property

We own SchemaForgeAI and all related intellectual property, including software, templates, and branding. You receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.

9. Third party services and Shopify

SchemaForgeAI integrates with Shopify and may rely on third party services for hosting, analytics, and operational support. Your use of Shopify is subject to Shopify terms and policies. We are not responsible for third party services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

SchemaForgeAI is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee specific ranking results, rich result eligibility, indexing outcomes, or visibility in search or generative AI systems. Search platforms can change requirements and display behavior at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchemaForgeAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SchemaForgeAI harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your store content, your use of schema output, or your violation of these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, a security risk, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling your subscription through the platform where you subscribed.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and may take effect immediately or on a stated effective date.
